Cassidy was very professional and thorough. He inspected everything in detail to help us find the source of a water leak. He thoroughly explained the problem and his recommendation for the solution. He was on-time and courteous. He is reasonable with his prices, and I will definitely call him for future plumbing needs.

Helped me over the phone to turn on pilot light. He invited me to call to ask for follow up. Still no hot water till he came to show me one more step in the process. Very generous of him…wouldn’t even accept a tip or gas money. Very grateful for his help as I have a very sick husband, & hot water is a must.

Cut a hole in my ceiling to get to the leak upstairs. Tightened something, and said it was fixed. Left the hole but gave me the number of a guy who would come fix it. Called the guy; no, he doesn’t do that. Went upstairs to shower, my wife told me it immediately leaked just as bad as before. Cassidy wouldn’t come out and fix it, and wouldn’t refund any of the over $300 he charged. My advice: get someone else. ANYONE else.

Another terrific review for Cass! What an incredibly helpful guy! He was able to assist me over the phone to help with a leak I was having on the outer system of our home! We have used him before for help in plumbing needs and will certainly be sure to keep doing so in the future! Can’t express how grateful I was for the help in the early morning hours to save our house from damage!! Highly recommend
